Please allow 3 days for your item to be dispatched, as most pieces are made to order, shipping prices are based on tracked postage.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for international orders.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
If you’re looking to return or exchange. Threads and Tantrums offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a refund by sending the item back by TRACKED POST.
The items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. We will process refunds within 5 days, please allow up to 14 days for refund to show in your account.
Outside of the 14 days you can exchange for store credit or a different product.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
